Websites, business software and mobile apps, built for your company.
We build anything from a few-page landing site to a management system used across departments. You approve the design and the quote before any code is written. At handover, the source code and every account are in your name.
Custom software, website and mobile app development
Scope document: screens, user roles and the data to store
A clickable design you can try before coding starts
Websites, web apps, iOS/Android apps or Zalo Mini Apps
Connections to your accounting software, payment gateway and existing systems
Testing on real devices and training for your staff
Source code, documentation and admin accounts in your name
Proposed scope. Confirmed after assessment.
The three kinds of projects we take on.
Business websites
Company sites, landing pages for ad campaigns and online stores. Your staff can change text, prices and images without calling a developer.
Built on your logo, colors and fonts
Vietnamese and English from one admin panel
Page speed and markup that search engines can read
Software and web apps
For work that runs on spreadsheets, notebooks or chat groups today: orders, inventory, customers, appointments, or a portal where customers look things up themselves.
Each person sees only their part of the work
Reports pulled from live data, not compiled by hand at month end
Connects to ERP, accounting and payment systems
Mobile apps
iOS, Android or Zalo Mini Apps for customers to order and collect points, or for staff to clock in and pick up jobs in the field.
One codebase for iOS and Android, so you don't pay to build it twice
Push notifications, sign-in and in-app payments
We handle App Store and Google Play submission
You know what you're paying for before we start.
Four steps. Each one lists what NAD does, what you prepare and what you get back.
Week 1
Brief & design
NAD does: Ask about your goals, who will use it and how the work runs today; write the scope and design the UI for your review.
You prepare: Company details, the spreadsheets or forms you use now, and a few sites or apps you find easy to use.
You get: Scope document + UI design
Week 2
Review & sign-off
NAD does: Go through the design together, revise it until it works, then agree the quote and acceptance criteria. No code until you sign off.
You prepare: Feedback & approval on design and quote.
You get: Written quote & acceptance criteria
Per project
Build & demo
NAD does: Build in short rounds. Each round ends with a working version you can click through and comment on.
You prepare: Feedback after each demo, plus sample data and access to the systems we connect to.
You get: A working build after every iteration
Go live
Handover & launch
NAD does: Deploy to the live server, train your staff, and hand over the source code, accounts and docs.
You prepare: Provide the domain/hosting, or let NAD handle it.
It depends on the number of screens, user roles, systems to connect and platforms (web, iOS, Android). After the first conversation, NAD sends a quote broken down by item. Work starts once you approve it. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Business websites usually take 2–6 weeks. Software and mobile apps take 1–4 months, depending on scope. Larger projects are split into phases so you can start using a first version early while the rest is built.
Yes. NAD reads the code, runs it, lists the bugs and security risks, then tells you which parts can stay and which should be rewritten. If rewriting costs less than fixing, we'll say so.
You can run it yourself with the handover docs, or hire another team, since the code is already yours. If you want NAD to keep looking after it, Managed Services covers monitoring, backups and regular updates.
Got an idea, or a process still done by hand?
No spec needed. A short message about what you want to build is enough to start.
